AZTech AZ Tag Privacy Policy

Welcome to the AZ Tag application (“Application” or “App”) created and operated by AZtech, a division of Mystic Apparel, LLC (collectively, “AZ,” "Company," "We," "Us," or “Our”).  This Application is intended to support Your use of Our AZ Tag device (“Device”), and is only intended for use in the United States.

Your privacy is important to Us. This Privacy Policy provides information about the personal information that the Company collects for the Application and Device, and the ways in which the Company uses that personal information.  By using this Application, You agree to the collection and use of information within the terms of this Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, then do not use this Application or give AZ any of Your information.


The Company, on its own or through third parties or agents, does not collect or use Personal Information through the Application or the Device.  The Company may collect and use Personal information (“Personal Information”) to service the Application and Device, which may include, but is not limited to:

  • Your name, email, address, and telephone number;
  • information that You provide for the customer support; and
  • information that You provide for the purpose of using the features of the Application, including without limitation, location data, Your photo or video, and Your voice memos;


The company, on its own or through third parties or agents, may collect and use Your non-personal information.  This information and data does not specifically identify You as an individual.  Without limitation, this may include:

·      Information from Your mobile device and/or internet browser whenever You visit or use the Application (sometimes call “Log Data” or “Log Files”);

·      Which pages You visit on Our Application;

·      The time and date of Your visit and use of the Application; and

At times, We may aggregate certain Personal Information and/or Non-Personal Information in a manner that does not identify You to determine information about Our users, including where Our users are located.  If such aggregating does not reasonably identify You, we will treat such information as Non-Personal Information.

We may also combine Personal Information with Non-Personal Information.  If We do so, We will treat such combined information as Personal Information.


The Company collects information on its own, and may employ third parties and third-party technology to collect and use information to assist with marketing and analytics for AZ, the Application, and the Device.  The Company and these third parties may collect Personal Information and Non-Personal Information that is shared with AZ regarding Your use of Our Application.


Because Non-Personal Information does not identify You, the Company may collect, use, and disclose Non-Personal Information for any lawful purpose in Our sole discretion.


The Company may use cookies and similar technology (e.g., web beacons and single-pixel GIF files) to record Log Data and Log Files.  Cookies are small files that a site/application or its service provider transfers to Your mobile device, tablet, or computer’s hard drive through Your internet browser (if you allow) that enables the applications’, sites’, or service providers’ systems to recognize Your browser and capture and remember certain information.  This helps Us to improve Your access to Our Application and identify repeat visitors.

We may use session-based cookies and persistent cookies.  Session-based cookies will last only as long as Your web browser or the Application is open, and are deleted when You close Your browser or the Application.  A persistent cookie will last until it expires or until You delete it.  At times, the Company may administer the use of cookies (called first-party cookies) and tracking technologies, and at times We may rely upon third parties to do so (called third-party cookies).

We use these cookies to help Us do a number of things to enhance Your experience, including to:

The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of eighteen (18).

·      personalize the Application for You;

·      enable Your access to use the Application and its services; and

Where the Company discloses Your Personal Information to its agents or sub-contractors for these purposes, the agent or sub-contractor will use that Personal Information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified within this Privacy Policy, the Company may disclose Your Personal Information to the extent that it is required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, and in order to establish, exercise, or defend its legal rights.

You hereby consent and agree that the Company has a right to use Your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


The Company will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, disclosure, or alteration of Your Personal Information. The Company will store all the Personal Information you provide on its secure servers. The Company may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on this Application.

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time, and You should check this Privacy Policy regularly to ensure You are familiar with any changes.  The effective date of the latest of any modification or update to the Privacy Policy is indicated at the top of this Privacy Policy following “Last Updated.”
